Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the adult city-chat, event RSVP, and subscription service currently branded as City Singles.
Eligibility
Users must be adults legally able to form a binding agreement. Because the service is built around meetups at bars and similar venues, access is restricted to users who are at least 21 years old. We may require users to confirm age and city of residence and may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information.
Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, current information and keep credentials confidential. We may refuse service, require profile completion, or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, abusive, underage, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Service Overview and Public-Place Model
The service helps adults discover public meetups, RSVP, communicate in community spaces, and, if offered, buy Premium. We do not guarantee attendee counts, user compatibility, or that any venue or meetup will meet expectations. Meetups are intended to occur in public places, and users remain responsible for their own transportation, purchases, decisions, and personal safety.
User Conduct
No harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, impersonation, spam, scams, solicitation, or unlawful conduct. No false age, location, identity, or eligibility claims. No scraping, bots, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, or security controls. No arranging illegal activity or unsafe conduct through the service.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may monitor, filter, rate-limit, remove, refuse, edit, or restrict content and features; suspend messages; remove RSVPs; cancel listings; or terminate accounts to protect the service, enforce rules, investigate reports, or comply with law. We are not obligated to pre-screen all content or investigate every dispute.
Premium Subscription
Premium is a recurring subscription currently planned at $10 per month unless otherwise displayed at checkout. Premium may include benefits such as private messaging, reserved or waitlist-priority access where allowed, profile badges, and other features we may add, remove, modify, test, or discontinue over time. Benefits are not guaranteed to remain identical for any particular duration unless expressly stated at checkout.
Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
By purchasing Premium, the user authorizes recurring charges until cancellation. Checkout flows should clearly disclose price, billing frequency, what triggers charges, how to cancel, and where to view subscription status. Users may cancel prospectively at any time through the account or support path we provide. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
Meetups and RSVPs
We may create, edit, cancel, reschedule, cap, or remove meetups at any time. RSVPs do not guarantee entry, seating, service, or a particular attendee count. We may impose city, age-range, conduct, or subscription-based eligibility rules where lawful and properly disclosed. Users are responsible for verifying venue rules, age restrictions, dress codes, and any purchases they choose to make.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, venue availability, or any particular result from using the service.
