Platform safety standards
Who the platform is for
City Singles is for adults using local city chats, event RSVPs, and premium messaging requests. Event participation and messaging access are subject to eligibility, moderation, and feature rules.
Reporting tools
Users can report chat problems, suspicious behavior, abusive conduct, and billing or support issues. Moderation tools may include content review, message removal, account restriction, and event-related enforcement.
Premium messaging request rules
Request to Chat is the entry point to private messaging. The other user must accept before messaging begins. Premium does not override moderation decisions, platform rules, or user consent.
Prohibited use
Abusive, illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, deceptive, or harassing behavior is not allowed. False identity claims, payment abuse, scraping, spam, threats, and unsafe conduct may lead to restrictions or account removal.
