Recurring subscription cancellation terms
Subscription billing
Premium is offered as a $10/month recurring subscription. Billing starts when Stripe checkout completes successfully.
How cancellation works
Users can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse a charge that has already started unless required by law or a written policy update.
Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. If a billing error occurs, contact support for review.
