City Singles is currently in a free early-user launch. There is no paid subscription, recurring billing, or upgrade flow live for users right now.
How cancellation works
Because launch access is currently free, there is nothing to cancel for normal use right now. If paid access is introduced later, City Singles will publish updated cancellation terms before checkout goes live.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged unexpectedly from an old or test billing path, contact support for review.
Charge recognition help
If you see an unexpected charge descriptor like CITYSINGLES, contact support so we can review it. Public checkout is not active during this launch.
